I was surprised of how tame the scene was in the anime. By her internal monologue, Renako even was okay with Mai fucking her at first until she lightly told her to stop by the time Haruna enteres the room.
While in the manga, she decided she didn't want it earlier, and told Mai to stop like 5 times, looking panicking all along while Mai got more and more out of control horny.
