if u have forge u should have a adetailer tab. that automatically repaints the face. its not perfect but better than nothing. you can also put a altered prompt in it which is useful if your original prompt is very complex. for example you can put a facial cumshot lora only in the adetailer prompt if you get cum in places you dont want to in the full prompt.
