He seems Allen as someone amusing to fight which is why he is fueling Current Weiss rivalry with Allen since thr best way for Weiss to get stronger is to continue fighting Allen. But he does not hate Allen.

Also he pretty much accepted his fate since he sees it as a just punishment for how he acted in the OG Timeline/Game timeline
