I just gave you the numbers for Savage. Ultimate might be smaller (say ~10%?), but it's a really good size of the player base.

I agree with your sentiment. I've seen how people fucks off immediately when the tier unlocks after one or two weeks, because they're just done and want to move on. So, any of the late stragglers are kind of fucked on their prog and having to desperately beg people for help. Yet, we're having that issue currently, because the game is incentivizing nothing for that gear. So, people are taking their main job's BiS and running for the hills.
