When I was in school there wasn’t even one to fantasize about. Part of it was that I went to the most white public school in a county with a sizable nigger population.
White schools are simply easier for the faculty. They don’t have to deal with nigger shenanigans or nigger parents. Nigger schools are a nightmare, and as such they have a very high turnaround of faculty. Teachers who are fresh out of college end up at the worst schools imaginable. Most quit within 4 years (look it up), and some stick it out hoping to transfer to a better school (i.e., one with more white students). It’s why, if you’re white, you’ve probably never seen a teacher who was in her early 20’s. It just didn’t happen.
Meanwhile, better, whiter schools maintain their faculty until retirement. When a teacher finally leaves, the job isn’t filled by a brand new, young, hot teacher. It goes to someone with seniority who’s been teaching for a few decades in a shittier school.
