If you and your group like, or at least have a higher than average resistance for the animes, Ryuutama is great!
It's focused on survival and exploration, having you track travel time as well as food and water. Oh and also carry weight.

Combat is not a big part of it, all of its systems are simple enough and interact brilliantly.
