I can listen to one album a week at most after developing some undefined ear issue where almost any kind of exposure to sound will cause pain in my ears. Even at low volume, it will start hurting after about 15 minutes of metal. I just had to see Judas Priest a few days ago and it'll probably take a month to fully recover from.
