But today's ballistic Russian strikes on a train, daycare, hospital are yet another proof that Russia deliberately terrorizes Ukrainian civilians.

Putin wants to terrify Ukrainians living in cities so we either flee or force our authorities to capitulate.

But what Putin really gets is more hatred for himself and Russia. Russians either don't care or they enjoy watching Ukrainians getting killed. They won't be able to say they didn't know anything.
