The hero talents aren't better. Dark ranger is just sylvanas cosplay (elfshit). Sentinel is all about the night elf owl so also completely garbage for non nelfs or maybe a worgen.
Only BM and pack leader make sense and are universal but their fantasy is almost nonexistent.
