The red zombies in Splatterhouse 2. No eyes, no nose, no mouth, no hands, nothing really recognizable, just masses of flesh in a vaguely humanoid form.

Also, damn you, I'm currently busy trying to figure out Warhammer RPG, and now I have to check out Stay Frosty too.
There are so many bloody RPGs out there, I'm surprised, I thought there was Dungeon and Dragon and maybe 5-6 more.
