That's why I put them in different lines. You start with 10% from having rounds. Then, when you run out you get shin for 40% to replace that one and get another 30% from savage rounds. Mind you to get shin you don't even need to spend any savage rounds. Just getting down to 3 bullets puts you into shin range so when you reload, get staggered, use a defensive skill you get shin immediately. Then you get the overheat once you run out of bullets.
