Musk was friends with Gizlane, and Musk said Trump was in Epstein files, and Musk would be in a position to know, and Trump sure as fuck ain't asking the files to be released.
As a loyal Israeli, Gizlane would have a stash of "Epstein files" that the FBI doesn't have, and that Trump doesn't know about exactly, but knows likely exist, but not from which hooker.
