For most people, it's just a meme. Especially in Chapter 4 where she resorts to using the Titan instead of just beating the shit out of Susie herself when Susie calls her out.
But there's a possible truth to it in a theory: that the Knight isn't the one that hit Susie and Ralsei to end the fight in Chapter 3, Kris did.
The Knight possibly literally couldn't stop us from resetting and doing the fight over and over till we would win, so Kris stopped us instead. They backstabbed Susie, leading to Ralsei asking "how could you" before they knocked out Ralsei too.
Then The Knight "knights" Kris for their show of loyalty to the plan here before going on with the story as intended.
Ralsei afterwards even talks about it in a specific way. He says "you were brave" as in (YOU), but at the end, he repeats the line "isn't it?" specifying the second time he was talking to Kris. He accepts what Kris did cause he's part of this whole plan too and accepts Kris making sure things go as they should.
