literally just take zinc bisglycinate supplement. cured the yeast/fungus i had all up in my foreskin that gave me phimosis for like three years. hoo lawd the stank that emanated from my unwashed penis. lots of excess smegma as well. topical antifungal from the dollar tree did NOT do the trick
