2 or 3 inmates would hold someone while a another would shank them and rob their corpse with pliers. When the camps were liberated, they found rings, jewelry, money, gold teeth, whole teeth with gold fillings, inside and under the mattresses of many of the bunks. The prisoners never ratter out who the killers were. Of course after the war, they all said it was Adolf who did it. The murders got away with their killings, but the allies did not let them walk away with the morbid loot they had killed for. The teeth, rings, etc. can be seen in the museum, as well as photos on line, with stories claiming that the Nazi's did it, but the evidence did not support their claims. None of the freed prisoners were missing all their teeth, in fact medical and dental care was provided to them by the Nazis.
