I've come to the conclusion that rape isn't a real crime if you wear a condom.
Think about it logically. No actually harm is done. For real crimes if the victim of the crime suffers amnesia for the duration of said crime there are still tangible negative effects on them and their friends and family.
Bodily Harm? They suffer the effects of the harm after the fact.
Murder? Their friends and family never see them again.
Theft? They no longer have the thing that was stolen.
