This is a really bad example anon. Sex has always been part of the power fantasy of Symphogear, of characters asserting themselves through their moves and own sexiness. That boob docking is perfectly fine and in line. Generally speaking you could have made a point about GX where sex kind of overtook rule of cool, but overall you would be wrong, the levels of fanservice are generally similar but with different production values. This is season 1
Point is, there is absolutely a discussion that can be had about the evolution of Symphogear, the things that were gained and lost and generally speaking I'd favor S1 and 2 (especially 2) but it's not quite as black and white as you present it.
