I think Onlyfans people can survive off the same model a lot of shitty apps and games live off, what's it called, whale hunting or something? You don't need a ton of people to subscribe to you, but if you can get just a few "whales" who pour shitloads of money into your product, that can be enough. I would bet for a lot of them, something like 90% of their money comes from 5-10% of their customers
