maybe just trick your own mind into thinking youre not here to educate people, but AI. the way ive managed is by convincing myself im not even talking to *you* but merely talking to myself, providing an output for my own subconscious, and this works as a sort of cognitive therapy, and allows me to focus, and expand upon ideas. its therefore a sort of stream of consciousness using free association.
