Honestly I think he kinda has a point, this year has been pretty light on plotge in JOPland so far. Plenty of excellent moege released, but not a ton of plotge. There's Hukusuba and Tir Na Nog (arguably, I'd argue it's a moege but people keep telling me I'm wrong), but I can't think of anything else.
That said, last year was an unusually strong year for untranslated plotge, we got a lot of absolutely excellent stuff, so this year being a moege year is fine.
