I could see a loose coalition of Whites, blacks and maybe some spics. Blacks already have a head start on the JQ, but they really hate whites. Don't know if that is enough to get them on team 88. The spics biggest issue is their indifference and laziness. Even though they outnumber blacks 10-1, I'd imagine you'd still only be able to recruit a fraction of them.
