When you unlock the wishlist feature of the standard banner, you can select 5 nikkes from each manufacturer such that when you roll an SSR nikke it will ONLY include nikkes from those selections. It's still the same chance for any kind of SSR but it massively reduces the pool of nikkes you have to roll for.
