Use a VPN ($) if on laptop or desktop. Or, download flud or uTorrent or whatever if you have Android, I dunno what for that fancy shit but anyhow... I've seen Ukrainian accounts still seeding on RUtracker. Why should an American or etc like you be scared? And it's a relatively cheap phone anyways. (...DL then transfer to Laptop or desktop then burn to optical disk which lasts 50 to 80 years. More than enough!)
