Nimi/Fauna is genuinely an incredible person. I don’t know how people can’t see it. I don’t know how people could ever stop supporting her. I can’t even begin to understand how anyone would pretend she’s anything less than outstanding. She applied for Hololive and achieved so much during her time there. She stood out, even among other talented members, taking on sponsorships, joining projects, streaming consistently for hours almost every day, and pushing herself even through tough weeks. She gave, gave, and gave, not just to the company, but to the fans who truly appreciated her. And even with all that, she still had more to offer. She gave us music, she gave us memorable moments, and she built a legacy of streams that holds its own with the best in the branch, even in the entire company.
She spent months preparing for her transition, thoughtfully planning her next steps while still giving Hololive her all. Even though she couldn’t make it to Breaking Dimensions, it was clear her heart was still with her genmates and fans. When the time came to move on, she gracefully returned to her old account, letting fans know where they could continue to follow her, not out of manipulation, but because she truly values her community. She left Hololive with respect and immediately began pouring her soul into her new journey. Not even 10 minutes after graduation, she updated her YouTube. Two weeks later, she redebuted. And within just 3 months, she released as much music as she had in 3 years as Fauna. Her streams are longer. Her content is richer. She even organized a charity event, something she deeply cared about but never had the chance to do before. She has already performed at a live venue.
All this passion and drive, poured into something new and meaningful. It may be a smaller IP now, but it is full of heart and potential. And it won’t be forgotten.
She absolutely deserved to be accepted into Hololive.
She absolutely deserved to return under a new name.
She deserves to shine, and the internet is better with her in it.
