So from a cursory glance at training mode heavy Tiger Knee is always plus, Medium is plus if it's spaced whatsoever, light is punishable if it's point blank, EX is always plus? Shit and people bitched about Scissor Kick. Why the fuck does Sagat get this much leniency while over here if I do more than scrape my opponent with more than my big toe on a scissor kick they get a light punish counter combo? And Sagat's shit goes through fireballs and seems to have an easier time low crushing? I can't even blow up button>knee with DI or a super because it's gapless.
