Never met any Italian who looks like the guy at the extreme left you circled, and I'm from the south of Italy. That guy looks too south-asian-ish to pass as Italian. Same for the guy to his right.
When I think of an Italian who looks very arab Franco Battiato comes to mind, but he was still nowhere as dark as those guys here
