lol they don't let you do this to shotguns. His BS says that the bonus should be 5, but the shotgun actually only goes from 3 to 6. So they capped how much shotguns can benefit from this item.

Funny that they draw the line at that, and yet they allow all the actually broken stuff in the game to exist fine.
