New Rome has motor chariot races which are a spectacle, but not common outside of the city. I’ve heard that Caesar and his staff enjoy live theatre, which are individuals playing fake characters in fake settings. But not much else besides that, music is rife in the lower enlisted as that’s one of the harder cultural traits to squash.”
