it's for artifact autism. you can get all the primos by beating the hard difficulty, which is very doable with any roster, and even if you fail you can ask help from coop. The rarer rewards are for artifact tuning and weapon skins. You need to be a metafag and a whale to beat the hardest difficulty

level up every character you have (including 4*s) to level 70, then depending on the size of your roster you may be able to do the visionary (hardest) mode. plan ahead to clear certain bosses and pray for good rng to beat it
