You're thinking too meta. India operates on a caste system. The lowest of the low in society with the least rights have the job of cleaning up trash and feces in the streets. Those in the upper castes literally dont have to worry about what they do because its the job and privilege of the lower caste to clean up after them. This is why they are so egotistical in western countries, they believe they're on an upper echelon of existence compared to the rest of the world (except jews, indians for some reason unironically view jews as their heroes)
