Fork Tower Emergency Update Celebration Run

Goblin, Tuliyolal, at The Resplendent Quarter aetheryte (Instance 1).
All experience levels extremely welcome. Just have OC quests complete and OC level 19 or 20.
This is primarily for fun, to get people inside for the first or second time, and to give people a chance to get some basic experience on boss one. A first boss kill is very possible but anything could happen, so let's see!
We will be using alliance chat for callouts but if someone wants to throw up a temp discord like last time they are welcome to.
