Why though?
The first movie is just ok sure
But Sonic 2 and 3? fucking great movies.
They feel like they had some passion behind them. like the people making them enjoy Sonic. I'm still shocked Sonic 3 is based on Sonic Adventure 2 and it's a mostly faithful and well done adaption.
I honestly like the Sonic movies more than the Mario movie.
