A show about the importance of having a third place in your life, and the people who work to keep that place alive. Some of those people are entertaining, while others are as boring to watch as actual baseball, making for an experience that’s both lightly tedious and relatively enjoyable. Relatively enjoyable enough that by the finale—even if you don’t remember all the characters’ names (I didn’t)—you still feel a bit sentimental about what could be the last time you’re seeing them.

I’ll give applause to any piece of media that makes me want to step into a stadium and watch a full sports game. Have a nice week, anons.
