My secret is actually not posing them at all, really. I use default facial emotes and then add the talking animation in /gpose, I highlighted what I used for this 2 second shot I just took for an example. I just keep freezing the animation until I like how open the mouth is
I only tweak stuff lightly like eye direction or tongues (like the previous post) very rarely.
