the Philippines looks like trash because of each and every individual filipino and their interactions with every other filipino. take a look at the attached chart......... the average IQ in the philippines is 81.5, below 70 is profound mental retardation. given an average day, even distribution of people and assuming their bell curve is the same steepness as europeans, you will run into *many* mentally retarded filipinos each day. these retards will continue to breed with other filipinos and continue the misery - but it's not your problem - you can't fix them and you can't fix stupid. filipinos veeery much so have entire schemas planned out for the "i feel superior to filipinos and they're below me so i feel bad for them" westerners. you're probably getting scammed in ways you'll never consider by intellectual disabled flips.
