I just want people to be able to host their own spoofed servers without fear of legal action once companies stop supporting them.
Stuff like private WoW servers if WoW stops running, the Nintendo Network for DS, Wii, 3DS and Wii U when Nintendo stopped supporting it, and so on. I think it would be a good start towards imrpoving live service before companies are required to do anything on their end.
