It's entirely a rogues gallery problem, nobody knows any Wonder Woman villains outside of Ares, Circe, Cheetah and Giganta. No Writer is scrambling to have their own spin on Dr. Poison, Silver Swan or fucking Angle Man and audiences aren't saying "Oh wow I wonder what the new version of Blue Snowman and Maxwell Lord are gonna be like!"
