it's a cycle. either like covert narcissism or bpd idk. but i just act like this sometimes where im more confident and try to build myself up but then feel like a bad person and hate myself and crash crash. trying to find a way to make it sustainable this time around where i can not be self centered but also have a positive self image. when i was on antipsychotics i was too up on myself all the time and it felt like i was becoming less compassionate. it's sorta hard to navigate. thank you though, im really trying my best now to improve things.

i feel like hondosing is more common with aas than injections though. ive seen so many trans women with incomplete test suppression or too low E when their bloodwork comes up but never seen high test on someone injecting.
