Yes, if you read my post I listed Cody as one of the weird characters. Sakura is also a weird one. Balrog looks great in SFV though I don't know what your issue with him is.
SFV has 45 characters and people always mention 2 or 3 characters that look bad and this makes the entire game shit somehow.
SF6 animations are almost universally shit except for the cinematics too. Elena just looks fucking terrible in motion, none of Cammy's moves are animated well, JP's hand behind his back thing is so poorly done, Kimberly's walk animations weren't thought out at all and she looks awkward whenever she switches from one direction to another but I guess no one notices any of this when all that's happening is slime
It would be unfair to post SF4 Guile and conclude SF4 looks like shit as a whole because of his hideous model, it's the same with SFV. SF6 is the game that is actually fucking ugly in motion most of the time
