The type of people who watch Hasan are not normal. They are the dredges of society who are an unfortunate combination of dumb and poor. There’s countless evidence of Hassan’s chat admitting that they are broke when they give their last 5 bucks to him to “fight for the cause”.

Popular support means very little in politics these days, it’s all about the type of people you attract to your movement. Only those who attract the wealthy, intelligent and highly skilled can win, which is why I don’t have any worries about leftists in the West.
