Outside the Potemkin city of Moscow, Russians are still living in garbage. For one example, Vologda this summer has garbage piles so high they are spilling onto the roads.

>Residents of one of the houses on Chernyshevskogo Street contacted the editorial office of the Vologda-Poisk portal. Recently, their site for garbage containers has turned into a real dump: piles of garbage and food waste are lying everywhere. Wind and animals carry garbage all over the yard.

>Vologda residents are very concerned about this situation. The unsanitary conditions next to the container site are not only unaesthetic, but also affect the ecology of the city. Sometimes the garbage pile is so big that it is difficult to drive into the yard by car.
