Having finished the game recently, myself, I found Romance route to be a good palate cleanser. After all of Kill Eito branches ending up with Kurara dead barring just about one single ending, the dogshit choice of NEEDING to save gaku over Kurara for the second route, and ending the route itself, it felt really good to just wind down, and relax with my wife and bond over cinema.`
Definitely not a good first route, but as SoL after death and despair in othe routes? Definitely nice.
