yeah I'm aware. I once learned that the rearming job is being checked constantly after a turret heavy playthrough years ago clued me into how much performance I was losing by having every colonist on rearming as the game was checking every turret for every pawn like once every second
usually once I get up to like 30 colonists I start adjusting for performance gains, though that could change if I get more animals
