I can't remember my first but Madame Flurry and her animations were early for me. She does this little jiggle in her chest, almost like a shimmy without actually moving her shoulders, on her Lip Lock attack right before she plants her lips down when she leans in. That and Sealo's idle animation in XD were my go-tos.
