i don't get why people act like you have to be 100% pro-ai hyperaccelerationist "all artists must die" or 100% anti-ai luddite "AI is literally fucking killing me". genai is a funny toy and tool and I enjoy both image and textgen but comparing it to human art is retarded because the entire point of human art isn't about it being good or bad, it's about it BEING HUMAN. it's about EXPRESSING YOURSELF and immersing yourself in the FEELINGS OF OTHERS. genai is still cool and fun! but it's not the same thing!
