>Saikoroshi shows she can be brutal and also have a meaning behind it.
Alright, then what was the meaning of not following Tomitake and seeing who kills him even though Hanyuu is invisible and could easily do that without anyone noticing? That's what R07 was referencing in that interview as something Hanyuu could have done to find the culprit very easily but just didn't. Before that he talks for a bit how Hanyuu was happy with Rika by her side even knowing she was suffering in the loops, while Rika just wanted to be freed from the loops. He then said he'd explain Hanyuu's motivations for no using her powers to easily find the culprit in the next chapter, Matsuribayashi, but then just didn't it and left a big plothole.

That's the oddity here. He's seemingly fine with making every other characters sinful, but always seems to hesitate on doing the same to Hanyuu in a big way, to the point of leaving a huge plothole in the original story and more recently having a bunch of set up in Gou/Sotsu that goes nowhere if you don't read an optional Gacha story he wrote and wants to use it to fill those gaps (since the story doesn't take place during Gou/Sotsu so you can image explanation is just self-contained to that story itself).

Saikoroshi isn't really a good example since she's carrying the story's moral lesson anyway. Also, if you read the cast party, it's clear the Saikoroshi world was meant to be real, so she wasn't even creating a nightmare to give a lesson to Rika, just using a convenient situation created by Rika herself so she could give a lesson to Rika.

I wonder if there's some big Hanyuu fan in 07th Expansion that keeps R07 from dirtying her image unlike other characters.
