Why is this so garbage?

>The entire front page is an unsorted mass of all your uploads sorted by date
>can't organize anything into folder, instead you have to use "albums"
>if you upload a file from your phone - then delete photo on your device it also deletes the "backup" on the cloud
>the completely worthless "revisit these moments" section that takes up the entire top part of the app to show you completely random pics from the past

Is apple using something better? Google is such ass I'm willing to switch just for this.
