We need to encourage the Indians to launch an all-out offensive for the Aksai Chin. They'll buy massive amounts of US military equipment, and allow the taxing of Indians abroad in order to fund the war effort. We need to send so many Indians to take the J&K region that India even expands its claims, claiming the whole of the former Princely State of J&K. Powerful India will drive the Chinese out of their lands and even reclaim Bhutanese and Nepalese lands under Chinese occupation.
This will be justified (1) by a war against Pakistan to seize the Trans-Karakoram Tract and (2) by a "Chinese First" strategy by which India will allegedly one day defeat Pakistan by defeating the Communists. Even if India begins running low on people, like the Ukraine, we'll just go take Indians from other countries and send them to India so they can have more Indians. India will be placed on lockdown; emigration from the country will be outlawed.
