This is pure delusion.
1. You don't control pay-tree-ots or nukes at Incirclik. We don't have launch authority for anything. Including Deveșelu.
2. If nukes were to be launched, they would be launched from Deveșelu, not using Pay-tree-ot launchers.
3. Pay-tree-ots don't have the necessary range unless in jewcrane itself. And even then, they can't reach deep into Russia.
4. Doubt you can fit a nuke on a Pay-tree-ot missile. I don't think they're designed to be able to have the warhead changed to nuclear.
