I expect his is a plague that'll happen for another 10-20 years, I feel like after that anyone in California wants to stay or is so rich as to isolate from the problems. I last went to Phoenix in 2003, my family would always go for spring break because dad worked with baseball so spring training. I'm sure it's Californicated to all hell now given that was 20 years ago.
